Music Stand III
Sculptural or functional? I hope both. This music stand is not only a delight too look at, but it is adjustable in height as well as angle. The rear leg is removable and reversible in order to make it easier to transport if needed and the head (or music rack top) is also totally removable. The legs are all bent from the same board and then cut into three separate and identical legs. The bent pieces that make up the upper music rack are constructed in the same way. The center body Wenge section is the "key" that allows the adjustable height and removable sections.

View Master
In the permanent collection of Bainbridge Island Museum of Art. View master 2014 is a comment on the "selfie". Made for a gallery show it rotates seven times for each day of the week showing a different "selfie" for each day. I had one as a kid but it showed the Lone Ranger and the Grand Canyon.
Other Projects:
This is a catagory of work that is in public places. I have worked with committees on different projects and made fun pieces for shows.
